2. NDIS Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Comply with agreed service delivery schedules
  • Notify us of any changes to your NDIS plan or funding

3. KindCare Connect Services Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Delivering services in line with the NDIS Practice Standards
  • Respecting your privacy and confidentiality
  • Upholding your rights and independence
  • Providing consistent, safe, and high-quality support
  • Responding promptly to feedback, complaints, or incidents

4. Service Agreements

Before services commence, a formal Service Agreement will be signed, outlining:

  • The supports to be delivered
  • Timeframes and costs
  • Your rights and responsibilities
  • Cancellation or change procedures

5. Cancellations and Changes

Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge as outlined in the Service Agreement, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

KindCare Connect Services will not be held liable for:

  • Delays or disruptions outside our control
  • Any loss or damage caused by misuse of the website
  • Health outcomes outside the scope of our services

7. Website Use
